There is nothing wrong with this path, but internally, I felt disconnected from my purpose.<\/p><p>I had no connection with my true inner voice or a higher power; I was normalizing a feeling of being physically, mentally, and emotionally burnt out like many of us do too often. Underneath it all my soul was nudging me to wake up to my authentic calling through creative inspirations, including music and poetry.<\/p><p>It was through a whole host of spiritual detours, personal initiations and explorations that led me to yoga as a way of life (not just as a physical practice). I began to feel inner clarity and a sense of stability and excitement about the joy of life.<\/p><p>Through daily meditation, breath, chanting mantra, kriya yoga, I experienced what it meant to remember who I am and why I am here.<\/p><p>I began to notice that the way I moved through these practices mirrored the way I moved through life. And as I learned to stay present with stillness, with the breath, the voice, and the subtle sensations in my body, I found a steadiness I hadn\u2019t experienced before. A kind of calm that wasn\u2019t passive, but alive. Dynamic stillness.<\/p><p>Today, I guide others through breath and voice practices using mantras that help regulate the nervous system and reconnect them to their own inner guidance.<\/p><p>My approach blends ancient yogic technology with a grounded, real-world understanding of what it means to live in today\u2019s fast-paced environment. I draw from my background in public health, my experience in the corporate world, and years of classical vocal training to create experiences that are both accessible and deeply transformative. Most importantly I draw from my heart and its connection to a higher power that I call the divine.<\/p><p>I\u2019m especially passionate about working with people who are ready to move beyond surface-level solutions and into a sustainable, embodied path of practice. Not because they have to but because something within them is ready.
